Simply Perfect Package

You’ve done the planning—now let us handle the details and keep things running smoothly. ($1,800)

  • Unlimited email support from time of booking
  • Two planning meetings (60 days out & 2 weeks before)
  • Timeline Creation
  • Final vendor communication and confirmations
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • 1 Coordinator for up to 8 hours day of the wedding
  • Vendor management and timeline execution on the wedding day
  • Access to a fully stocked emergency kit
  • Peace of mind so you can enjoy every moment of your big day

Practically Perfect Package

For couples who want extra hands to bring their vision to life—without lifting a finger. ($2,500)

  • Everything included in the Simply Perfect Package PLUS-
  • Setup and teardown of decor (provided by the couple or a third party)
  • Two coordinators onsite to ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding day (up to 10 hours)
  • Rental Item pick up and return

Absolutley Perfect Package

The all-in-one experience for couples who want planning support, day-of coordination, and professional decor—all in one place. ($3,500)

  • Everything in the Simply Perfect Package PLUS:
  • Professional design and styling services by Lead Designer, Alex
  • Includes up to $500 in décor rentals from Project Perfection’s inventory, plus an exclusive discount on any additional décor rentals.
  • Three planning meetings to fine-tune every detail
  • Two dedicated decor meetings for styling and selection
  • 2 Coordinators for unlimited hours the day of the wedding
  • Decoration Crew to help with setup and teardown
