Hi there! I’m Alex, the heart and hands behind Project Perfection.

My love for weddings started back in college when I worked for a wedding planner while attending Northern Michigan University. I fell head over heels for the joy, the details, and the chance to make dreams come to life. After graduating, I made the move to Grand Rapids, ready to take on weddings of my own—and the rest is history!

Fast forward a few years: I’ve coordinated countless beautiful days, married the most amazing guy, Dan, and became a proud fur mom to Boots (who now has his dream backyard, by the way!). Oh, and in the midst of it all, I launched Project Perfection—a company born from my passion for designing and decorating magical spaces.

What I love most about weddings is the opportunity to bring each couple’s vision to life in a way that’s seamless and stress-free. Whether it’s coordinating your big day or providing gorgeous décor, I’m here to make it all feel effortless and unforgettable.
